You couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day if it was the middle of June, as the province’s best runners descended on Clearbrook Park for the BC Cross Country Championships hosted by the Valley Royals Track & Field Club in Abbotsford. Pristine conditions and a wonderfully groomed course led to stellar performances! 
The top runners will have a few weeks to rest up for the National Championships taking place in Kingston, Ontario on November 25th while the high school runners will have just days to recover before the BC High School Championships this coming Saturday, November 4th, at Jericho Beach Park, Vancouver.
