Now that our clocks are back on standard time, Coach Sean is moving the Monday and Wednesday 4:15 PM Throws Practices to Rotary Stadium. The stadium lights will provide safer throws as the sun sets and the Valley Royals Shed can provide some opportunities for strength & conditioning training. Sunday 2:00 PM Throws Practice will remain at Clearbrook Park.
