Junior Development (8-13 Years Old): 

JD PROGRAM

-During the Track & Field Season (March-July) The JD Training Group learns all of the events listed in the groups below except Pole Vault and Hammer Throw which are age-specific (14 & Up)

-During the Cross Country Running Season (September – October) The JD Training Group learns how to run for endurance and stamina in longer races set in the natural landscape

Power & Speed (14 & Up):

-Pole Vault

Pole Vault (14 & Up):

Pole Vault Group

-During the Track & Field Season the Pole Vault Group trains outdoors vaulting at the pole vault pit at Rotary Stadium. 

-During the Fall/Winter Season the Pole Vault Group trains outdoors/indoors on strength and conditioning with the Power & Speed Group 

Endurance Running (14 & Up):

-1200m and up

– Steeple Chase

-Cross Country Running

Throws (14 & Up):

Throws Program (Ages 14 & Up)

-Hammer 

-Discus

-Javelin
