At this stage in getting “Back on Track” athletes will be training using the club’s Safety Plan. Athletes may be competing at select meets as BC Athletics has begun to sanction meets again according to “Back to Training” and “Back to Competition” Guidelines & Addendums

Track Rascals (6-8 Years Old):

Junior Development (8-13 Years Old): 

JD PROGRAM

-During the Track & Field Season (March-July) The JD Training Group learns all of the events listed in the groups below except Pole Vault and Hammer Throw which are age-specific (14 & Up)

-During the Cross Country Running Season (September – October) The JD Training Group learns how to run for endurance and stamina in longer races set in a natural landscape

Power & Speed (14 & Up):

Pole Vault (14 & Up):

Pole Vault Group

-During the Track & Field Season the Pole Vault Group trains outdoors vaulting at the pole vault pit at Rotary Stadium. 

-During the Fall/Winter Season the Pole Vault Group trains outdoors/indoors on strength and conditioning with the Power & Speed Group 

Distance Running (14 & Up):
